Under the Direct supervision of the DREAMS Service Manager, incumbent performs work in accordance with established program objectives, policies, and procedures. Responsible for aboveaverage difficulty duties that include, but not limited to all DREAMS components, employment development, placement, counseling and coordination, in addition to daily office procedures and assignments for employment and training activities.

Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director of The Language & Culture Department, the Cheyenne Language & Culture Coordinator will be responsible for the creation and implementation of a short term (tactical) and long term (strategic) language & culture plan in coordination with the Cheyenne and Arapaho Coordinators and Program Directors.
Under the direct supervision of the Victim Services Coordinator and Social Services Director, the Victim Services Assistant's goals are to provide education to the Cheyenne and Arapaho communities about the services that are offered within Victim Services under The Social Services Program. The Victim Services Assistant will also be responsible for assisting clients with the intake process and coordinating with the advocates on providing direct services. This is performed in accordance with established Federal and/or departmental guidelines.
Under the direct supervision of the Social Services Program Director. This position's focus is to provide direct support and services to tribal members that are experiencing trauma due to violence. The Coordinator's position will disseminate educational information on program services and prevention resources available. Coordinator will supervise Victim Services staff and will be responsible for the implementation of goals and objective of all victim services grants. This is performed in accordance with established Federal and/or departmental/program guidelines.
The Chief Court Clerk is appointed by the Court Administrator subject to the approval of the Supreme Court. The Chief Court Clerk shall serve as the Clerk of the Supreme Court and the Clerk of the District Court. The Court Clerk shall supervise the Deputy Court Clerks and other Court Clerks of the court. The Chief Court Clerk reports to the Court Administrator.
Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Staff, the incumbent will supervise and direct all program directors and staff within the Department of Health, including Diabetes Wellness, Substance Abuse, Community Health Representatives, Tribal EMS Program, Health Education and / or other health related/directed programs created or funded under the Department of Health. Supervision of employees is to ensure implementation of program goals and objectives and services to clients.
The Child Care Master Teacher assists in implementing the educational component of the child care center, in accordance with established rules and regulations.
The position of IT Systems Support Technician is a permanent/full-time position and will be under the direct supervision of the COMIT Director. Selected candidate will be responsible for the overall implementation of support services provided by COMIT. Primary duties include documenting, coordinating, and ensuring the completion of incoming IT service help requests.

Under the supervision of the Department of Labor (DOL) Executive Director, the incumbent is responsible for researching grant opportunities and leading grant writing project(s) to expand the Department of Labor Program's direct services to eligible Native Americans. Primary duties are to write logical, organized, and compelling grant submission with required documentation outlined in Federal Opportunity Announcements (FOA). Network with key partners in developing agreements and understandings to expand employment and training opportunities. Effectively communicate with the Office of Grants and Research on grant projects.
Under the supervision of the OVA Coordinator, the OVA Caseworker I will be responsible for reaching out to Tribal Veterans in their respective Tribal Community
and establish a working relationship with these Veterans and related Tribal/local Veterans Agencies as well as organizations. The OVA Caseworker I must determine eligibility and file specific VA forms for the Tribal Veterans in order to acquire various benefits and services. The OVA Caseworker I manages eligible Veteran Claims for: Disability Compensation, Special Monthly Compensation, Health Care, Pension, Dependents Indemnity Claims (DIC), Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment, Education, Homeless Veteran (HUD-VASH) and Housing at the Federal level. The OVA Caseworker I will network with the Cheyenne and Arapaho Veterans Board as well as State, Tribal, County and local Non-profit Veterans Organizations to help Tribal Veterans to acquire State Veteran Benefits, Tax Exemptions, Tribal Veteran ID's and Tribal Veteran Vehicle Tags. The OVA Caseworker I should be recognized as a Veterans Service Officer Accredited by the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs. The OVA Caseworker I shall be knowledgeable of the following;VA rules and regulations, United States Armed Forces, VA Benefits Process, Tribal Service Delivery Area, Intake preparation to acquire Benefits, Computer literacy and cell phone telecommunications.
Provides basic medical care to the level of Emergency Medical Responder including medical evaluation, treatment and stabilization of the critically ill and injured; responds to emergency rescue situations involving potential loss of life or bodily injury maintains control, manages and directs patient care at the scene of a pre-hospital emergency: provides training and instruction to lesser trained personnel; performs other duties as required
The Incumbent will be employed directly by the Judicial Branch and will report to the Court Administrator. The attorney's primary responsibility is to provide legal counsel, advice, and representation to tribal members of the Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes and on a court appointed basis through the Public Defender office.
This position shall be under the supervision of the Health Education Coordinator. The physical fitness assistant will help to implement disease prevention and health promotion activities in the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes service area. The physical fitness assistant will focus on keeping people healthy by empowering participants to choose healthy behaviors that reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases. The physical fitness assistant will promote an active lifestyle at multiple levels, settings, and in a variety of populations. The physical fitness assistant will assist in the implementation of an employee health and fitness program.
The Treasurer is under the direct supervision of the Chief of Staff. The Treasurer directs and manages the activities and operations of the Tribes including financial planning and analysis practices, purchasing, budgeting, accounting, debt and project management; reserve policy, and treasury services and activities; to coordinate assigned activities and complex administrative support to the Executive Office. The Treasurer will maintain a wholesome and favorable relationship with the Tribal Members, Legislators, Executive Directors, Program Directors/Coordinators, and Employees.
The Teacher is responsible for implementing the daily learning and care of all Center children. The teacher incorporates early educational learning guidelines in daily interactions with children and focuses on strong parent interaction/involvement. Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment. Assist in implementing the educational component of the child care center in accordance with established rules and regulations

Security Officers for the Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes fall directly under the supervision of the Security Site Supervisor, and the Director of Security. Cheyenne & Arapaho tribal security officers are responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and protection of all tribal employees, clients, and property.

Under the direct supervision of the ICW Coordinator, this position is detailed to the ICW program. The incumbent will assist in the implementation of the Federal Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978. The Caseworker is responsible for providing case management services to clients and the general public

The Grant Writer is under the supervision of the Director of Grants and Research. The incumbent is responsible for advancing the general welfare of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes through external funding by writing and submitting compelling grant proposals and transferring grant documents to the appropriate program for implementation upon award.
The Surveillance Officer must possess the ability to pay attention to detail, analyze problems, communicate well with others, and perform at the highest level under stressful situations. The Surveillance Officer monitors regulatory compliance over the Lucky Star Casinos' operated by and within the jurisdiction of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma; completes all assigned special projects and duties as assigned by the Director of Surveillance, Chairperson of the Gaming Commission as well as the remaining Gaming Commissioners; and performs all other related work as requested and assigned. This position is highly sensitive and maximum level of confidentiality must be maintained.
