The Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes Emergency Youth Shelter works to provide a safe, comfortable, and protective environment for children in need. Working in collaboration with the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes Indian Child Welfare program and DHS to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations, our trained staff strives to promote a positive outcome for every child who is accepted into our shelter.

Moving forward, our goal is to expand our facilities to accommodate more children while providing offices for services on-site. In addition, we plan to provide more training for our houseparents while boosting our children’s cultural involvement in the tribal community.
